"Suspense is a bit like laughter, tears, and revulsion: a visceral trigger that a skilled artist can use to disarm even critical
audiences. Just as there can be guilty laughter, there is a sort of "guilty" suspense-at least, this is the best way to describe what I
felt at Oracle Theatre's tautly directed production of Isaac Rathbone's darkly comic thriller, Breakfast for Dinner...it sucessfully
held me in the grips of paranoia from start to finish."
"It's a credit to Rathbone's dexterity that both styles are rendered skillfully"
"Frenetically moving around (but never just pacing) the challenging 3/4 thrust space, providing some of the most affecting and
realistic stage combat I've ever had the (gruesome) pleasure to see"
"The ambitious sound design by Brett Marshall Lefferts blends the eerie down-tempo electronica with moody sax numbers"

"The six-person cast offers excellent ensemble work under the smooth direction of Joni Weisfeld"
"Funny dialogue and thought-provoking observations on the complex isssues of Internet privacy, online predators, and police
corruption"
"Heather Wolensky's set is a marvel of simplicity: a coffee shop counter, card table, plant, telephone, and hanging lamp shift
around effortlessly to suggest various locales. Brett Marshall Lefferts' lush eerie fushion of funk and accoustic folk provides the
perfect mood music."
"The production is top-notch"

"When did you last rub your hands and follow the tabloids about anything remotely prurient
to do with our idyllic little corner of the world? . . . a powerful world-premiere. . . a taut and
commanding production marked by especially strong performances by the entire
ensemble. Fast-paced, crisp, gripping and unsettling. . ."
". . . excellent use of a basically rudimentary performing space. Particularly striking are the
costumes and props, all rich and earthy variants of black, white, gray and brown, blending
harmoniously with the solid gleaming interior of what was once Milford’s Presbyterian
church"
"She [Sarah Lynn Hazard, as Eva Coo] is bold, brassy, sexy and very, very bad. Scary and
heartbreaking. . ."
